I’m Lewis, founder of Prestige Property Clearance. I decided to start this business after experiencing a poor and impersonal service from a clearance company during a stressful time that left a lot to be desired.

House Clearances
We offer full or partial clearances for homes, including probate and downsizing situations. As specialists in probate clearances, we offer a sensitive and methodical clearing approach that follows your wishes during what can be a difficult time.
Waste Removal and Disposal
Our waste removal services are eco-conscious and provide great attention to detail. We avoid landfills wherever possible, will only dispose of items of potential sentimental value with your approval and can reduce the cost of your clearance for any items of potential value that are found.
Commercial Clearances
As well as house clearances, we offer office, shop and business clearances. Handled efficiently with minimal disruption, we provide the same level of care and compassion for commercial clearance as for a house clearance.

Reuse and Donate Where Possible
We sort through your items methodically and can knock money from your quote if potentially valuable items are found. We aim to reuse, donate or recycle wherever possible.

Last Resort Landfill
Only when we are absolutely certain that there is no viable avenue to reuse, donate or recycle your individual items will we be forced to take them to landfill. We will explore every eco-conscious option available before reaching this point.
